Pecha Kucha ('chitchat' in Japanese) is an inspiring club night in which all kinds of creative people present their work and ideas in 20 slides of 20 seconds each. We organise the Amsterdam editions of the Pecha Kucha Night.
As a happy crossbreed between an elevator pitch and speed dating, the Pecha Kucha Night will present 12 participants who will show 20 slides for 20 seconds each. No more boring lectures, seminars or presentations. The Pecha Kucha Night offers the audience the experience of a dazzling range of speakers and images in the course of one evening. The format was founded by the Tokyo-based architects of Klein Dytham. Nowadays Pecha Kucha Nights take place in more than 160 cities worldwide.
